the Nuggets He took care of business at home Tuesday night, defeating the Suns 118-102 in Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead, which returns to Phoenix on Thursday in Game 6.
Nikola Jokic had a historic triple-double (29 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists) in the win and had some fun with Shaquille O’Neal on that base line after the game.
Jokić also had some fun before the game when he playfully gave Suns owner Mat Ishbia a ball to end the rift between them from that bizarre moment in Game 4.
Then, Jokić took a page out of Ishbia’s book during Game 5 when he failed badly after Kevin Durant shoved him, resulting in the referees awarding a technical foul to Durant.
