From a viewer’s perspective, I love this series. It’s going to be a lot of fun since the Lakers are finally getting their start, and Memphis has been great all year. From a disability standpoint, I hate this series. It seems impossible to find any value. I was hoping we could at least +180 on the Lakers to win the series, but we just didn’t get that. The only thing I like is the length of the series as either six or seven games. The important thing is I really think any team could win this in six. So while I don’t like him, that’s all I see in this series.
Picking: Series length 6 games (+185)

Well, the Kings will be making their first playoff appearance since 2006, and their gift is the defending champion Golden State Warriors. But this Sacramento squad is no fluke, and it’s going to be a series battle. The narrative so far is that the Warriors’ tournament experience will be too much for the Kings. But youth, athleticism, and toughness cannot be overlooked in this list of young kings. De’Aaron Fox is a great All-Star PG and Damonti Sabonis can do it all on both sides of the floor. The Kings have six players with double-digit averages, including former veteran Harrison Barnes. I know I’m in the minority here, but I think Sacramento can win this series, and I think there’s enough value to make it a play.

With Kevin Durant and the Suns starting to catch their lead, and Clips losing Paul George, I can’t see this being very competitive. I think Suns will dominate this series from start to finish. Can Clips steal a home game? No doubt. But I guess that’s all they get. Suns at 5.
