The hometown kid is staying at home for another year as the Detroit Pistons announced this week that he has named the team option for the 2023-2024 season.
The Livers’ team option is expected to be worth $1.84 million this season.
Appearing in 52 games for the franchise last season, the Livers averaged 6.7 points and 2.8 points per game for a Pistons team that finished as one of the worst teams in the NBA last season.
Livers was selected 42nd overall in the 2021 NBA draft by the Pistons.
