the Brooklyn Networks They are looking to move forward in the wake of the era of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
The Nets believed that these two future Halls would carry their franchises for many years to come.
But it didn’t work out and they had to trade both players last season.
The Nets are now moving forward with a core of young players and a bright future.
One of the reasons the Nets have a chance at future success is the coaching staff.
They hired Jack Vaughn seven games into the season after firing Steve Nash.
Vaughn led the Nets to a 43-32 record and the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference.
But now, after his first full holiday with the team, Vaughn has made a change in his coaching staff.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Kevin Ollie will join the Nets as an assistant coach.
Ollie was a finalist for the Detroit Pistons head coaching position and won the 2014 NCAA Championship as head coach of UConn. He recently left Overtime Elite after two years of running the NBA-feeder. https://t.co/bIVg6SJJRz

Much attention has been paid to coaching this season by the Detroit Pistons.
But after Piston hired Monty Williams, Ole decided to join the Nets as an assistant.
Ollie is remembered by many from his success at the University of Connecticut.
He won a national championship in his time there and has spent the past few seasons coaching Elite Extras in the G League.
Ole is a former NBA player with experience developing young players.
This is what it will be prompted to do with the appearance of the Nets list.
This is Ole’s first job as an NBA coach and it will be interesting to see how he does it.
His name may be in the discussion for a head coaching job again next off season.
