An eventful day of Damian Lillard’s updates seems to impress Trail Blazers The star’s curiosity as he took to Twitter to deliver a cryptic message Thursday night.
The chatter surrounding Lillard’s trade request took an interesting turn after it was reported that his agent Aaron Goodwin had warned teams about a trade on his behalf in an effort to help his chances of landing with heathis favorite destination. Goodwin later sets the record straight before confirming that he is doing everything he can to get Lillard transferred to Miami.
As speculation raged, Lillard fired off a pair of curiously timed tweets, the first of which read, “I’m amazed.”
When Portland radio station 750 The Game asked Lillard “Why?” To which the seven-time All-Star responded: “How can people know so much and so little at the same time.”

While it’s unclear who and what Lillard is referring to, it’s expected to be wondering if the 32-year-old could handle the latest developments regarding his future in the NBA.
Outside of news regarding Lillard’s agent, the veteran guard’s name has been mentioned in a couple of stories involving possible business destinations.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on the Blazers and Heat Received a positive update In their talks as several teams are interested in potentially parting ways with a “good first-round pick” and “maybe something more” in exchange for Miami guard Tyler Hero to help facilitate a potential three-team deal.
ESPN’s Mark Spears later reported that Celtics star Jason Tatum was pushing the team to acquire Lillard, despite Lillard’s lack of interest in playing anywhere other than Miami.
