The internet was flooded this morning with comments about middleweight champ Israel Adesanya’s behavior last night at UFC 290 in Las Vegas, but that didn’t stop “The Last Style Bender” from continuing to add fuel to the fire.
After a highly impressive performance by South African fighter Dricos du Plessis on former champion Robert Whitaker, Adesanya entered the octagon where he climbed onto the microphone and uttered a series of insults including racially charged words which some described as “confusion”.
From there, the hero continued his online rhetoric, even responding to some of the comments that were made.

Du Plessis spoke about the incident during the UFC 290 press conference after the fight, saying “He acts like a clown over there. That’s not how a champ acts. That’s not at all how a man acts. He acts like a child. Act like a champ. There are people looking at you, And you act like this. If this one sells tickets, good for him. I’ll sell tickets my way. I’m a gentleman, I’m a gentleman, and I’ll act like a gentleman.”
