While the Grizzlies were eliminated by the Lakers in the first round of the playoffs, replacement Dillon Brooks remained in the headlines in the following days.
Shams Al Sharaniya reported this week that brooks will not be getting back together with grizzly In 2023-24 “Under any circumstances.”
On Wednesday Brooks’ agent, Mike George, Out-of-service Charania for his report About the controversial Grizzlies forward.
George is the founder of OneLegacy Sports Management, the agency that represents Brooks, as well as other NBA players including Jamal Murray, Ushay Brissett, Kenneth Lofton Jr., and others.
George Charania stormed out, attacking the NBA player for “spreading false news” and even “attacking players.
“Why any player in the league talking to this man amazes me,” George wrote Wednesday night.

Brooks is slated to hit unrestricted free agency this offseason. Brooks has come under fire during the series (and earlier this season) regarding comments he made about LeBron James.
Charania’s reporting clearly didn’t sit well with George, who expressed a lot during his outburst on Wednesday.
Brooks spent six seasons in Memphis, making him the longest-serving player on the Grizzlies, although if Sharania is indeed to be believed, his time with the organization may be running out.
