The Washington Capitals have released their roster for the upcoming season 2023 Development Camp, scheduled to run July 1-5 at the MedStar Capitals Iceplex. All sessions on ice July 1-3 and July 5 are free and open to the public. Medstar Capitals Iceplex will be closed to the public on Tuesday, July 4th.
