At an event to announce a new partnership between Jefferson Parish Schools and the Zion Williamson Foundation, Williamson’s stepfather, Anderson Lee, said he stands behind his son 100 percent.
“And I want to say this…and I want to be politically correct when I say that,” Anderson Enter at the end of his comments on the new program. “This is my son and I love him. When I was a child; I walked like a child, I spoke like a child, I did childish things. But when I became a man… when I understood, God blessed me.”
“Believe half of what you see and hear nothing. That’s all I want to say,” Anderson continued to a chorus of applause. “I stand by my son one hundred percent. I wasn’t always where I am today.”
