Nate Diaz made several headlines last night (Friday, April 21, 2023) in New Orleans, LA, while attending the Misfits & DAZN: X Series 6 boxing event. One incident even prompted a response from the President of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Dana White.
After getting into one of his infamous water bottle brawls during the Misfits & DAZN: X Series 6 main card, Diaz found himself fighting random people on the streets of New Orleans. Bystanders were on high alert with their phones out and Diaz ended up being filmed strangling the seemingly unconscious Logan Paul character with a standing guillotine (see here).
So far there are no details as to why Diaz was put in this situation and what will happen. Let’s just say Logan Paul’s double was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Diaz was in full gear Friday night and he won’t be stopped.
It didn’t take long for the video to make its way across social media as many were shocked to see Diaz fighting some homeless people in the streets. White, who has been busy gambling in what appears to be Las Vegas, is shown the video at the poker table and almost loses. You can check out his reaction below:
Someone at the table said, “Nate Diaz slapped Logan Paul.”
“Is that Logan Paul?” White asked. “I knock him out?”
After seeing that Diaz had stifled his Paul-like appearance and left him unconscious on the street, Wyatt made a one-liner that would make Conor McGregor proud.
“This guy’s head bounces like a basketball AF,” he said.
This likely won’t be the last time we hear about this incident. These things usually end in some sort of police investigation or civil lawsuit. It is not known at this time why Diaz proceeded to strangle this man, but it is clear that he did the most damage.
