Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir He reiterated his intention to have one last fight with his daughter, Beautiful sighton a United Fight League (UFL) card scheduled for December.
The news came During a break in the action in Saturday’s United Fight League 2 eventwhich was broadcast live and free on Rumble.
Mir, who works as a color commentator for the UFL, expressed great pride in his daughter’s accomplishments during Saturday’s broadcast.
“I am very proud of my daughter,” Mir said. “I think everyone wants their kids to find something productive and useful in their lives that they can draw on and wrestle with.” [and martial arts] I did it for her.”

Frank and Bella originally hinted at an August UFL event as a possible target for Frank’s retirement battle and Bella’s return to MMA. However, with Bella, a top-division wrestler at the University of Iowa, earning a spot on the junior team at 68 kilograms (150 lb), plans changed temporarily before Frank finally decided to delay his retirement until the end of the year.

“Maybe I should have planned for her to win,” Mir admitted. “For her to enter and win the tournament, and then jump out to compete on the world stage in Poland, fighting us together obviously took a back seat. I thought, ‘Okay, I have one more fight left. I can do it myself and fight separately, or do I put it off for a couple of months to Where we can line up and fight together. For now, here’s the plan: hold off a bit and maybe do it in December.”
Frank and Bella are looking forward to being the first father and child to compete together on the same MMA card, but there may be some competition.
