UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship – Nunes vs. Aldana
Nunes is the most dominant champion in UFC history, having first captured the featherweight title in 2016 and the featherweight title in 2018. She faced a difficult setback at the end of 2021 when she dropped the bantamweight crown to Juliana Pena, but she got her revenge on Bina last year and Bina was originally scheduled to be interviewed in the main event of Saturday’s show. However, an injury forced Pena out of the match two months early, paving the way for a hungry first-time contender Aldana to step in.

Aldana is a rising star in the division who can never be relied on with her strength and finishing ability. Although she’s been a member of the UFC roster since 2016, Aldana had her breakout moment in 2019 when she brought up the women’s bantamweight competition. Caitlan Vieira in a stellar manner. She has only fought three times since then, but has been a winner in her last two fights and her last win Missy Chiasun With a raised livershot TKO.
It would be Aldana’s best chance to side with the hero and hope her equalizing power can make an impression early and more often. While Nunes characters have a specific wrestling advantage, they probably won’t be able to, and you won’t want to make this fight a wrestling match because the heart usually holds up better when hit. Therefore, the champion will have to mix in time in hopes of finishing Aldana on the floor, which is easily Mexico’s weakest area in their game.
Co-Main Event – Oliveira vs. Darius
One of the more compelling fights of the night came in the co-main event of UFC 289. Former UFC Lightweight Champion Charles Oliveira He returns for the first time since dropping his title to Islam MukhashafHe will face a difficult test Neil Dariush. The two men competed at UFC 280. While Oliveira fell short against Makhachev, Dariush dominated Mathews Jamrotone of the best players in the division, and showed that he could be the man to give Makhachev a run for his money.

No two mixed martial artists will meet in the co-main event at a neutral site in Vancouver with a strong chance of a winner. One thing is for sure: Neither man will have any reservations about keeping the fight going or bringing it to the ground. Darius has shown that he can stand up and beat anyone but the path to least resistance lies through his game. On the flip side, Oliveira has shown a similar height as a knockout but is one of the most accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts in the entire company. How ready is Darius for Oliveira’s black belt test, and on the flip side, how does Oliveira see himself winning the fight? Despite being a champion recently, Oliveira currently finds himself an underdog to Darius and is out to prove the bet wrong.
The rest of the card
The main card will be supplied with a Canada-specific card Mike Malottone of the brightest Canadian prospects currently being employed by the UFC Adam Fugit in the marked slot. Fujit has impressed with limited action, but he’ll be dealing with a different beast in Malotte who has no reservations about throwing caution to the wind.
Another exciting fight takes place on the main card in the featherweight division. Dan Egg Meets Nate Landwer In Fight Darkhorse for Fight of the Night might be the honour. Both fighters quickly became fan favorites for their performances in hot wars, and both men have shown they can come out better on the other side in those fights. Eric Anders Canada Special Marc-Andre Barreault The main card is scheduled to open in the Light Heavyweight division.
Some exciting battles to look out for in the prologue include the initial main event of Nasuruddin Imafov seizes Chris Curtis in middle weight. Both fighters have 22 knockouts between them and will now face off in a fight that is expected to take place primarily on the feet. Imavov fought recently Sean Strickland, who is a rated middleweight in his own right and Curtis’ primary training partner, so it will be interesting to see which fighter benefits the most from this earlier clash. Another fight to watch is going to be David Dvorak against. Steve Ersage On prelims early. Erceg takes the fight on short terms, but he is long and tall for the division and technically to wrestle as he is in the weight class. However, Dvorak showed a sound takedown defense, so Saturday could be “feast or famine” for “Astro Boy”.
As always, battles are subject to change at a moment’s notice, so be sure to keep them locked in MMASucka for accurate updates.
