Three UFC fighters on Saturday’s ESPN 44 card face 60-day medical suspensions after knockout defeats.
Billy Carantillo, Matheus Nicolau, and Ed Hermann were each handed over two-month stretches by the Missouri Bureau of Athletics. Each of these suspensions also comes with a 45-day no-contact period. Those three were the longest from the event, but the exact nature of each fighter’s suspension was not revealed.
The UFC event on ESPN 44 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. and saw Max Holloway defeat Arnold Allen via unanimous decision in the main event of the evening. Holloway and Allen each received 30 days of sitting out after the game.
