The Heat exceeded all expectations this season as they made it to the NBA Finals despite finishing only 8th in the Eastern Conference.
Team president Pat Riley was asked what changes he believes are necessary for Miami this season — whether major or minor moves should be made.
“The subtle moves will suffice. If they are the right moves, they will suffice for the season. Hitting a home is addition by subtraction,” Reilly said via Wes Goldberg.
In terms of the future, Riley says: “The size and length of the wing…versatility and length, and as we go forward, we’ll emphasize that.” The Heat holds one draft pick this year – No. 18.
