Molly McCann’s next appearance in the home octagon will be when she meets Julija Stolyarenko at UFC London on July 22.
The Las Vegas-based promotion announced the reservation on Tuesday. UFC takes place on ESPN 48 at The O2 in London. The main address of the card is not disclosed.
McCann snapped a four-fight winning streak in her latest outing, when she suffered a first-round defeat to rookie flyweight contender Erin Blanchfield at UFC 281 last November. Prior to that, the Meatballs scored back-to-back KO/TKO wins over Hanna Goldy and Luana Carolina – both in London. The Cage Warriors veterans are 6-4 over the course of the UFC tenure starting in 2019.
A cast member on season 28 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” Stoliarenko has struggled in UFC competition with losses in five of her six appearances in the Octagon. Most recently, the Lithuanian suffered a first-round TKO loss against Chelsea Chandler at UFC Fight Night 211 last October. Stoliarenko’s only promotional victory was delivering a tape of Jessica-Rose Clark at UFC 276.
