The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is back with us tonight, April 29, 2023, for BKFC 41, from the FirstBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
Headlining the action is an epic feud between Mike Perry and former multi-organizational MMA (Strikeforce & UFC) world champion Luke Rockhold.
Berry has gone 2-0 so far in his career, while Rockhold is making his debut tonight.
Keep reading to see how our main event of the evening was:
Official result: Mike Perry defeated. Luke Rockhold via TKO (retired) at 1:15 of the first round
Perry attacks Rockhold from the start of the match and maintains this pace during the first minute. He does a good job supporting Rockhold, but he eats his left hand doing it. Rockhold’s third left hand stuns Perry and swings him backwards, before Perry breaks Rockhold coming in with a left hand that immediately backs him up as the round ends.
Perry maintains that pace in the second round and Rockhold has no answer for that, as the referee is forced to stop the action for 75 seconds.

I became a fan of combat sports when I was 12 years old. I was scrolling through the channels and landed on Versus, which is where WEC was televised. Uriah Faber fought Jens Pulver for the second time that night. This is the first fight I saw, and the fight that got me hooked on the sport. Since then, the sport has grown very quickly, and my goal is to make everyone aware of what is going on in the sport today.
