Welcome to Midnight Mania!
Demetrius Johnson never really became a superstar, but true fight fans know he is one of the greatest fighters of all time. Certainly, he is among the most dominant champions of his era, having set the record for most consecutive title defenses in UFC history. During that run, he scored massive knockouts and flying badges, making himself a truly special athlete and champion.
“Mighty Mouse” hasn’t left the UFC on a low note either, coughing up the closest split decision to Henry Cejudo before jumping ship to Championship One. Since making the switch, Johnson has won three straight fights to win the One Flyweight Grand Prix. After that, he suffered an upsetting loss to Adriano Moraes and then scored his revenge – both fights ended in a knee knockout!
Now 36 years old, Johnson has been there and done that. talking with The resultMighty Mouse has admitted that he is nearing the end of his career. When asked if his three-way match with Moraes on May 5 might be his last, Johnson replied “It could be. You never know.”
He explained, “Now, the kids are at the beach, having a good time, enjoying life, feeding the seals, and those things that I miss. My kids are only going to be nine, eight, four.”
“I think after this fight, I will decide what I want to do. I want to compete in the IBJJF in Ji and work towards my black belt. … But I don’t want to fight for two more years. I have no interest. When I hear two more years, I say, “ This looks terrible.”
It’s already been a long road for Johnson, who made his professional debut in 2007. He was in World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) just three years later and then fought for the UFC Bantamweight title in 2011, which means he was already fighting in the elite superpowers. level for an unusually long time.
“I’ve been doing this for 18 years – since I was 18,” Johnson concluded. “At some point, if you stay at the party too long, you end up drunk. I don’t want to get drunk.”

Darren Thiel is flirting again online, now with professional boxers.
Kevin Holland is one of the best at hurting his opponent with exotic techniques. This reminds me of Dan Henderson’s back elbow against Hector Lombard!
Max Holloway does many of the little things well, and builds them up by doing them all in bulk and building up the readings quickly.
Sequence One: Holloway converts to orthodoxy as he bluffs, dodges, and confronts the flesh, Allen’s Cross.
Kick out the orthodox stance as a southpaw.Sequence 2: Switch to orthodox after the kick, feint the cross with the body, go upstairs, set up the kick with the body and exit like the south pic.twitter.com/TpLfC2byed

Nobody ever expects consecutive hook kicks.
Notice how Natalya Kozutina slides her left knee high and wraps her right leg around the ribs before sitting? This is a good technique.
