The Memphis Grizzlies announced Sunday that NBA All-Star point guard Ja Morant has been suspended from all team activities after he brandished a gun in another Instagram Live video.
The viral video was taken from Morant’s best friend Davonte Pack’s Instagram account. Buck was also with Morant on the night of a previous Colorado nightclub shooting in March, and Buck was banned from Grizzlies’ home games earlier this season after a confrontation with players from the Indiana Pacers.
“We are aware of Ja Morant’s social media video,” a statement from the Grizzlies said Sunday. “He has been suspended from all team activity pending review by the league. We have no further comment at this time.”

“We are aware of a social media post related to Ja Morant and are gathering more information,” NBA spokesman Mike Bass said in a statement Sunday.
On Saturday, during an Instagram Live session on friend Morant Davonte Pack’s account, the All-Star flashed a gun while driving and singing along to a rap. The video has since been deleted.
Morant left the Grizzlies and entered a mentoring program in March after video showed him wielding a gun and getting drunk at a Denver club when the Grizzlies were in town to play Nuggets. He was eventually suspended eight games after meeting with NBA commissioner Adam Silver, who called Morant’s behavior “irresponsible, reckless, and potentially extremely dangerous”.
