INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Rookie Alia Boston posted 23 points, 14 rebounds and six assists as the Indiana Fever beat the Washington Mystics 87-66 Tuesday night to claim their first home win of the season.
Indiana snapped a six-game losing streak against Washington — with its first double-digit win since 2021.
Kelsey Mitchell added 19 points and Nalsa Smith, who scored 27 points on Sunday, added eight points for Indiana. Boston was 11-of-14 from the field becoming the youngest player in WNBA history with a game of 20 points, 10 rebounds and five assists while shooting at 75%, according to ESPN Stats & Info.
Elena Delle Donne was the lone scorer for Washington, with 17 points. The Mystics were held for 22 of 66 shootings (33%).

NEW YORK (AP) — Alesha Gray scored 16 points, rookie Haley Jones scored 13 points and nine rebounds in her second start as Atlanta beat New York.
AD Durr also scored 13 points for Atlanta. Nia Coffey, Ren Howard and Monique Billings each added 12 points. Cheyenne Parker scored 11 rebounds and six points.
Maren Johannes scored a season-high 18 points for New York. Petya Lani added 17 points, while Brenna Stewart had 12 points, 13 rebounds, six assists and four balls. Jonquil Jones also scored 12 points and Courtney Vandersloot had 11 points, six rebounds and six assists.

PHOENIX (AP) — Sammy Whitcomb scored 18 points on six three-pointers, Jewell Lloyd added 17 and Seattle beat Phoenix for the first time since 2021.
Ivana Dujkic added 14 points and freshman Jordan Hurston had 13 points and 14 rebounds for Seattle, earning their first road win of the season. Azzie Magpegor scored nine points, six rebounds and three blocks.
Sophie Cunningham led Phoenix with 21 points. Sug Sutton added 15 points and Michaela Onyen added ten.
Phoenix’s Brittney Griner scored two points and grabbed two rebounds in nine minutes of the first period and did not play in the second half due to a groin injury. Diana Taurasi has gone missing for the first time since August 2, 2022.
