The Kings have shut down one of their corners in the franchise for the long haul. NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Domantas Sabonis has agreed to renegotiate a five-year, $217 million contract with the team.
Last season, the 27-year-old center became the sponsor’s third All-Star and was also named to the All-NBA Third Team.
Last season, Sabonis averaged 19.1 points, 12.3 rebounds and 7.3 assists in 34.6 minutes per game, helping the Kings finish third in the Western Conference.
