UFC 295 is one for the record books. Former UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira became the first fighter in promotional history to win titles at 185-pounds and now light heavyweight (205-pounds).
In the main event at Madison Square Garden, Pereira became the ninth fighter to earn titles in two-divisions joining the likes of Conor McGregor, BJ Penn, Daniel Cormier, Jon Jones, Amanda Nunes, Randy Couture, Henry Cejudo, and Georges St-Pierre.
In just seven UFC fights, Pereira has won titles in two divisions including a victory over arguably one of the best ever at middleweight in Israel Adesanya
