The 2023 Wells Fargo Championship continues Saturday morning with round three at Quail Hollow in North Carolina. You can find the full tee times for Wells Fargo’s third round at the bottom of this post.
Featured pairing for the third round
Preparation for the PGA Championship has officially begun at this week’s dedicated event, as the game’s biggest names vie for position – and valuable momentum – atop the leaderboard.
Tyrell Hutton, Nate Lashley and Windham Clarke are the current men at the top with eight players under par over two rounds. But sure enough, the majority of fans’ eyes on Saturday will be focused on the third-to-last pairing between Justin Thomas and JJ Spoon.
Thomas, one shot behind the leaders, has a history of success at Quail Hollow, winning his first major, the PGA Championship, there in 2017. Then there’s his performance during last year’s Presidents Cup, where he went undefeated in team format alongside Jordan speth.
It all adds up to some good vibes for Thomas – and that means Saturday’s Moving Day is sure to be worth watching. Thomas and Spoon kick off for round three at 1:10 p.m. ET. You can stream the third round on Saturday via The PGA Tour live on ESPN+ Starting at 7:45 a.m. ET or watch the action on The Golf Channel and CBS starting at 1 and 3 p.m. ET, respectively.
